If ordering by phone, please review the site and collect the product code of each item you wish to buy. You will also need to know color, size (may include width and length), facing, edging and quantity. In the "Things You Need to Know" section below all your options are detailed.

Order by Fax
When ordering by fax, please print the Online Order Form, fill it out and then fax to the number below. While this method is highly encouraged to reduce mistakes, if you are unable to print the form or use one of our other order methods, you may hand write the information on paper and fax as such.

This is the preferred method. Simply copy the Online Order Form and paste into an email message, fill the form in with the items you wish to order and then send to the email address below. While this method is highly encouraged to reduce mistakes, if you are having trouble, you may send us an email simply listing each of the specifications in the "Things You Need to Know" section and then email to the address below.

When you order, there is some basic information we will need. It is always best to use our Order Form when submitting an order by fax or email.
